  1. CV
    - Maximum of 500 words.
    - The CV must be in English.
    - Name the file as name_surname_cv
  2. Recommendation letter from accomplished musician.
    - The letter must be in English and it has to be signed by the recommender.
    - Name the file as name_surname_recommendation
  3. High quality photo
    - Face clearly visible.
    - Preferably professionally taken.
    - Name the file as name_surname_photo
